Great experience, but they are not delivering when they said they would. No transparency either, as they don't have seem to have strong relations with the manufacturers. They cannot get answers.
Very kind pleasant and knowledgeable sales lady. Lovely to work with and buy from. Highly recommend this shop for anyone needing a new mattress
This is a great place to go and compare a large variety of quality mattresses. Once you make a selection, they even give you a 1 year (that's not a typo) in-home sleep trial. If you don't like your choice anytime between 31 and 365 days you can return or exchange it! That's awesome customer support. Holly was my sales guide and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I look forward to trying the mattress that she helped me choose..
