The Raw Connoisseurs

This place is close to my house and that’s why I come here. People are nice and friendly but the business is not run like a business. They’re not open when they say they’re going to be open, when they say they’re going to order products and have them in they don’t have them in and they don’t answer the phone or have their VoiceMail even set up to take messages. So when you come here it’s hit or miss if the place will be open even though their business hours say they will be.

Order placed on March 22. I was only informed on March 31 that the main item I ordered was out of stock and had been discontinued. This was the primary reason for my purchase. I immediately requested to cancel the entire order and receive a full refund since it was no longer relevant. I received no response, and as if by coincidence, the very next day my order was marked as “processed,” despite my cancellation request. When I followed up, I was told that the order had already been processed shortly after my message. Since then, I have received no updates and my order still hasn’t arrived.

So glad we found this place. Excellent quality food and friendly service. After years of searching, the staff at The Raw Connoisseurs helped us find a food that works for our dog - she's never been better!
