Customer service was top tier! While my family and I were frying our bracelets done a family with small kids walked in and a somewhat explicit language song was playing and while no one noticed our tech doing our bracelets did and immediately changed the song out of respect for the kids. That is going above and beyond and I’m so glad we came here for our permanent jewelry

My friend bought a bracelet for my daughter and while the customer service is exceptional their promises aren't. It's been about a year and my daughter's bracelet jewel came off and part of jewerly broke off, just chipped. My friend paid over $200, and it's not much I understand but for just a 9 year old girl it is especially since her wrist is still growing. We stopped in and asked for them to fix the bracelet but the owner was called and declined my husband and daughter. Also the jewelry is terrible quality for the price.

*****Update: Within a couple of hours of my review, one of the owners reached out to me and my two other friends that had our bracelets break and offered to send us new ones! They were very apologetic and accommodating and we truly appreciated the response to our issue. I came into Summie with my entire bachelorette group (8 girls) and we all purchased bracelets, rings, etc. and all of us got different kinds of metals and designs. Within two hours of having our jewelry, one of my friend’s had her permanent bracelet fall off into the pool.
