We had a great experience working with Matt to get new windows installed in our house! He was very communicative and upfront about pricing and the installation process and patiently answered all of our questions. His crew also did a great job on installation day - they worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves well. Would definitely recommend!
Great product, installation and customer service. I wanted new windows but didn't want to spend a lot. Initially thought of going with Window World, but reached out to Optimal Windows to see how much more it would be for a better product and installation. Turns out, Matt, who owns Optimal Windows, came by and I was surprised that his price was lower. New windows look and work great. Kind of transformative from our 1979 windows.
Matt Boud owner of Optimal Windows was a pleasure to work with. Excellent, energy efficient products which were installed perfectly. We chose Optimal Windows over several highly recommended window and door replacement companies. Highly recommended.
