I bought my diamond here, and working with Rodrick was a completely different experience than what I had at big-name stores like Diamond Direct and a couple of other jewelers in the DFW area. Rodrick was upfront and transparent from day one. There were no sales gimmicks or pressure to buy. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, showed me several different options, and worked with me over the course of a few weeks to make sure I ended up with the diamond I actually wanted—not just what was easiest to sell.
