Unresolved repair, no receipt, and no response for months In March 2026, I hired Blooming Blinds to repair the motor on a motorized blind in my bedroom. I paid $523 via Zelle on March 9, 2026, to Jonathan Garthenberg. I never received a receipt or invoice for this payment, despite the amount being substantial. The technician replaced the motor but did not deliver on what was promised. I was told the same remote control I had been using would work with the new motor — it does not.

Hello, I am reaching out again regarding the completion of my blind installation. The caulking around the blind has still not been completed, and the job remains unfinished. Over the past several days, I have sent text messages, left voice messages, and contacted the Hollywood office multiple times, but I have not received a response from anyone. I would appreciate the courtesy of an update and a scheduled date to complete the remaining work. At this point, I am simply asking for communication and for the installation to be properly finished as originally agreed.
