Alpha Building Supply

Super helpful and knowledgeable team, quality material and unbeatable prices and customer service. Will definitely be using and recommending for all my renovations and builds

I was initially impressed with Alpha Building Supply when I first started using them. I paid in full for my trusses and siding upfront, expecting smooth service. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse. My trusses were a full month late, which was frustrating, but I was willing to be patient. The real trouble started with my siding. After waiting three months, I was told multiple times that the siding was on its way. I even arranged for installation based on their assurances.

Can’t be beat. These guys bring customer service to a whole new level. I blame this on their life long extensive field work owning a construction biz. They understand the stresses and urgencies of builders of projects any size. They’re happy on the phone, the staff are all happy, THEY GET SH1T DONE. I call for material and it’s on a flatbed to me same day or close to. I was feeling defeated, they personally came to my project (with all their building experience) and easily fixed my problems and boom, construction continued. And my project is tiny and insignificant in scale to some.
