All Guard Storm Shutters

I hired All Guard to install my hurricane shutters and I could not be happier. The installation team was on time and very professional. I am happy with the quality of the shutters and installation. I was very pleased with the friendly and prompt customer service. I would highly recommend hiring All Guard should you need hurricane shutters.

All Guard Storm Shutters just completed a fairly major Bertha HV perimeter accordion hurricane shutter installation on the front and rear balconies of my beachside condo. It was terrific from the buying experience (Brian) and field measuring (Frank), all the way up to the multi-day installation! (James and Adrian) All Guard says what they'll do, and does what they say (somewhat rare these days). The Installational Department (Victoria and Robin) was very good at keeping me updated regarding the installation.

I made two attempts/phone calls with Robin to make an appointement for repair of a hurricane shutter with the response of "Be patient I will get back with you." After waiting a week and no response I sent a letter to the president of the poor customer service. Two weeks later we received a vm from Robin simply saying "Call me"------ seriously?? Think we already made two phone calls too many--- and never had a response from the president. Already have found a company with great customer service and response ---- and does great work!
